Fully Insured
Our shipments are fully insured through our company’s private shipping insurance. Each item is covered and is sent “risk free” for your peace of mind when shopping at Kipling Jewelers. It is our policy that a signature is required for of all of orders shipped.

Ship to Address
As a security precaution we ship only to your billing address on file with your Credit Card or checking account. If you prefer that an alternate address it must be on file with your card and bank. This policy, however, does not refer to gift purchases. An alternate mailing release and a special occasion gift note will be emailed to you for your completion before the order can be fully processed and shipped. These steps are taken to prevent and protect against fraud.

Free USPS Express Mail
Kipling’s domestic orders are always shipped FREE and shipped via USPS Express Mail. Your purchase is fully covered through our company’s private shipping insurance policy. Full payment is due before the item is shipped to you. You may cancel the order at any time prior to shipment at “No Charge.” You will automatically be sent tracking information once the packaged has been picked up and scanned by USPS.

Sales Tax
State of Arizona residents will be charged the states sales tax. Order originating out of the state by residents of Arizona will be charge the states sales tax.

Appraisals
An appraisal will be done by a GIA Graduate Gemologist on purchases over $2,500. If you wish to have the appraisal sent to you rather than to the gift recipient, please advise us when making the order.

Saturday Delivery
We will be happy to arrange for Saturday delivery if for whatever reason you are unable to receive a shipment during the week. There usually is an extra charge for this service and the fee will be added to your order.

Damage
In the event of damage during shipment please contact Kipling Jewelers immediately and retain the original wrappings and box and damaged item for postal claim. We will file the claim and submit the photos of the damage (submitted by you) and will assist in claim process. Once a claim has been filed you will be contacted by our insurance company and notified of the filing procedure and outcome. Please rest assured that these events are highly unlikely and have been extremely rare throughout our 20 years of personal care and service.
